This service is provided by Betamodel Ltd trading as The BETA Model.
1) We may cancel your account or the free 'guest' service at any time for any reason without notice or prejudice of our rights.
2) You agree to indemnify us against any loss caused directly or indirectly by your use of this site or information provided by this service.
We offer no warranty or guarantee subject to statutory provisions.
3) This agreement is subject to and enforceable by UK law and prosecutable is most countries under international treaty.
If you beleive these terms and conditions have no jurisdiction in your territory you are forbidden to proceed to registration.
4) The account will be limited to the Local Authority area of your postcode in your registration details.
This may be extended to a greater area by negotiation on an account-by-account basis.
All data that is downloaded in the guest account has been multiplied by a randon factor so that the data is 90% - 110% of the real values.
5) Technical support is offered on a discretionary basis.
Only Microsoft Internet Explorer v.6 or higher for PC is supported due to the complexity of the interface. Other browsers might not work.
6) Downloaded data remain the copyright of Betamodel Limited at all times.
7) These reports or information contained therein must not form part of any commercial transaction without the express written permission from The BETA Model.
8) Copying or Publishing the data in ANY form is strictly prohibited.
9) The BETA Model, it's logo, trademarks and other intellectual property must not be infringedin anyway in the use of this service or subsequent use of our reports.
10) We reserve the right to change, add to or take away any of the provisions of these terms and conditions without notice.
